Courtney’s life mission is to set herself and others free; and to show up for this process with courage, compassion, tenacity, and audacity. She has worked in the mental health field for over 20 years, with 16 years of post masters clinical experience. Throughout this time, her heart and energy have been poured into finding the best healing modalities she can find, from EMDR to expressive arts therapies (dance, music, and psychodrama) to trauma informed art therapy, sand tray, nutrition and integrative medicine for mental health (all- natural mood support) and most recently a certification in somatic (body-centered) and emotional release techniques.

what does a soul surge session look like?

If you’re ready to take a big leap forward in your journey to wholeness and empowerment, a Soul Surge Session may be just your thing! Designed by a doctoral level clinician of 16 years, Soul Surge Sessions are structured to address the root cause of what’s blocking you by intricately communicating with the body, leaving you feeling lighter, more empowered, and aligned with clarity and purpose. Combing components of EMDR, Coherence meditation, and somatic release therapy, this approach aims to target the body’s layers of repressed emotion and accumulated trauma responses that traditional therapy often can’t reach.
Soul Surge Sessions are intentionally crafted to create significant change in 1-3 sessions; and can be done in tandem with traditional therapy if desired.
